Führung und Leitung des Hampton by Hilton Nürnberg City Centre
Platzierung und Entwicklung des Hotels am Markt sowohl regional als auch auf internationaler Ebene
Förderung des Markenimages durch Einhaltung aller Hilton Brand- und Servicestandards
Recruiting neuer Mitarbeiter sowie Sicherstellung des Onboarding- und Entwicklungsprozesses
Optimierung und Kontrolle aller Betriebsabläufe unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards
Verantwortung und Erstellung von wöchentlichen Forecasts, Monatsabschlüssen und des Jahresbudgets

Unsere Wunschvorstellung

Ausbildung oder Studium im Hotelfach mit Erfahrung als Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager oder stellvertretender Hoteldirektor in der Stadt- und Business-Hotellerie
Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Hotelmarktes, ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und exzellente Gastgeberqualitäten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen
Organisations- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit „Hands On“ Mentalität
Führungspersönlichkeit, die es versteht zu begeistern, zu motivieren und etwas zu bewegen

Our Expectation

Training or studies in the hotel industry with experience as Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager or Deputy Hotel Manager in the city and business hotel industry
Good knowledge of the German hotel market, a pronounced awareness of quality and excellent host qualities
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Organizational and solution-oriented working methods combined with a "hands on" mentality
Leader who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
High service mentality and guest focus
Strong communication skills, positive charisma, high self-motivation
